Some constructive criticism is coming your way today, and you should take it seriously. When someone takes the time to give you a helpful tip, you need to be grateful -- not defensive. Listen carefully to what they tell you, and if you disagree with what they are telling you, say so -- but be diplomatic about it. They are doing you a favor by giving you feedback, so respect that. Have a dialogue with them and trust that they have your best interests at heart, because they do.
